Positive: Staff was pleasant and breakfast was on time and quite a variety...Coffee could be warmer and a bit stronger.

Negative: Lack of explanation by staff to explain how to turn TV and lights on in room resulting in a staying in a partially dark room...Secondly, had difficulty adjusting AC remote as it was all written in Chinese....Thirdly, no signal to TV and no technician showed up as promised to resolve issues...Fourthly, parking was a mess as I had to return to reception area twice to get help with finding a safe parking spot. With staff escort we had to plead to temporarily park at another hotel's off-street parking temporarily and had to go move my vehicle after two hours (around midnight) after waiting in a dark room and without TV...

Summary: Will return only if appropriate actions are taken to remedy or soften blow of our experience.

Positive: The location closed to Lumley beach and other attractions

Negative: The renovation. The first suite they had me in was very old. And had a very bad odor. The bathroom was old and bathtub rusty. I was moved to a better older room. Which was more decent than the first one. The old room had furnitures broken and the wood floor also broken.

Summary: It was convenient to move around to most locations I wanted to visit.
